SANJAY KAPOOR
Sanjay Kapoor is the Chairman of the Board at the Chromewell Group. With close to four decades of experience in the manufacturing of components for the automotive and off-highway vehicles, Sanjay is a visionary for the Chromewell Group and spearheads all Business Strategy decisions. He has led the Company for over thirty years.
Sanjay has established several green field manufacturing plants in Western and Central India for various units of our company and group companies.
In his capacity as a Director, Sanjay oversees Customer Relations, Strategic Acquisitions, Financial Alliances and Systems & Technology up-gradation. He has been instrumental in envisioning and implementing goals and strategies for the company.

Dhruv oversees the profitability and financial reporting, capital allocation and product portfolio rationalisation.
He is also intricately involved in customer business and quote analysis and partnering in strategic acquisitions. Before joining Chromewell in 2019, Dhruv worked with Magna International and Ernst & Young.

DHRUV ANAND
Dhruv is the Finance Director for the Chromewell Group. He is a Chartered Accountant with 20 years of experience, including over eight years in the automotive industry. Dhruv oversees the profitability and financial reporting, capital allocation and product portfolio rationalisation.
He is also intricately involved in customer business and quote analysis and partnering in strategic acquisitions. Before joining Chromewell in 2019, Dhruv worked with Magna International and Ernst & Young.
MIZHAN KAPOOR
HR Lead
Mizhan Kapoor joined Chromewell in 2018 following a successful stint in the advertising and marketing industry. He heads the Business Development and Marketing verticals, with experience in managing global teams and multi-million-dollar campaigns. His background in brand strategy, visual design, and account management inform his mindful but competitive approach.
Having a degree in commerce, he is intricately involved in overseeing the Company’s operations and leads all commercial negotiations with Customers and is instrumental to charting the Company’s growth.
Being part of the third generation of the family-owned business, his hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into action will help drive the company to achieve its future goals and aspirations.
